The short version: A one-time $50 launch build (introductory — regularly $199), then a monthly care plan starting at $25/mo that keeps your site hosted, secure, backed up, and updated. Add your own domain for $20/yr if you'd like one.
What we build for you
Every launch build includes:
- A clean, mobile-friendly custom design — no cookie-cutter templates
- Up to 3 pages (for example: Home, About/Services, and Contact)
- Your written content and images placed and styled for you
- A contact section so visitors can reach you
- Header, navigation, and footer set up throughout
- Free SSL/TLS security (the padlock) configured and connected to hosting
- Up to 3 rounds of design revisions before launch
How much content fits on a page
To keep your site fast, clean, and easy to read, each page is designed around up to 3 content sections. A section is a heading plus a moderate paragraph (about 100 words), optionally with an image. That's roughly 300 words of content per page — plenty to tell your story without turning a page into an endless scroll.
Want a longer or more content-heavy page? That's absolutely doable — it's just scoped as an add-on so we can give it the design attention it needs.
Additional pages are a one-time design fee of $25 — not a monthly charge. That covers designing and building the extra page (also up to 3 sections). Once it's built, it's simply part of your site.
Want something more advanced (an online store, customer logins, bookings, or a custom web app)? That's a different kind of project — plan it with our project planner for a tailored quote.
The design process & what to expect
Here's how a build goes, start to finish, so you always know what's next:
- 1. You share your direction. Tell us your style, color scheme, logo/branding, and a few sites you like. The more you share, the closer the first draft lands.
- 2. You provide your content. Send the words and any images for each page. We'll place and polish them (light wording help is included — full copywriting is a scoped add-on).
- 3. We design your first draft. We build your pages from your direction and share a preview to review — typically within about 5–7 business days once we have your content and direction.
- 4. You review & we refine. Your build includes up to 3 rounds of revisions based on the direction you gave us. Extra revision rounds are available if you need them.
- 5. You approve & we launch. Once you're happy, we secure it with SSL, connect your domain, and take it live.
Graphics & images
Placing your photos and tasteful stock imagery is included. Custom graphics, logo design, or premium/licensed assets aren't part of the base build — we're glad to create or source them as a scoped add-on.

A care plan keeps your site online, secure, and current. It's required to keep your site live — it covers the hosting, security, backups, and monitoring that a website needs to stay healthy. Choose the level of hands-on help that fits you:

What counts as an "update"?
This is the part we like to be crystal clear about, so there are never any surprises. An update is a batch of small content changes submitted together. For example:
- Editing or rewording text
- Swapping out a photo or image
- Updating your hours, prices, menu, or contact details
- Adding a paragraph, a testimonial, or a link
- Small styling tweaks (a color, a heading)
Tip: gather your changes and send them all at once each month — that way one "update" covers a whole list of little tweaks, and you get the most out of your plan.
Where an update ends: New pages, new sections that need fresh design, new features or functionality, integrations, or a full redesign aren't "updates" — they're separate work. We'll always quote those up front and never start them without your OK. This keeps your plan affordable and predictable for both of us.
Turnaround
- Basic: updates completed within about 5 business days
- Plus: within about 3 business days
- Pro: priority — usually within 1–2 business days
Unused monthly updates don't roll over, so it pays to batch and send them regularly.

- Domain registration & management — $20/year (where available), with free SSL. Already own a domain? We'll connect it at no charge.
- Additional page — $25 one-time design fee (not monthly); up to 3 sections, same as any page
- Extra content / longer pages — scoped add-on when a page needs more than 3 sections

Every site we host includes free SSL/TLS encryption — that's the little padlock 🔒 in the browser's address bar. In plain terms, it scrambles the connection between your visitors and your site so nobody can snoop on it. We set it up, keep it renewed, and monitor it — so your site always shows up as safe and trusted, and you never have to think about it.
Hosting, uptime & your content
- Your site is hosted on our own infrastructure and monitored for uptime. We aim for excellent reliability with regular backups, on a best-effort basis.
- Your content is yours. If you ever leave, we'll provide a copy of your site's files.
- Care plans are month-to-month — cancel anytime. Hosting and updates stop at the end of your paid period.
- The launch build fee covers design and setup; it's separate from the monthly care plan.
