How refunds work for services, diagnostics, and shop products.

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued by SidTheTech for services and products. It works together with our Terms of Service.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time and labor of evaluating your device. Where applicable, a paid diagnostic fee may be credited toward an approved repair completed within the related warranty period.
Deposits for parts or scheduled work are applied to your final invoice. Deposits for parts that have been ordered may be non-refundable if the parts cannot be returned to the supplier.
Contact us at sidthetech@gmail.com or through our contact page with your invoice or SRO number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
