SidTheTech stands behind its work. Completed repairs are covered by this 90-Day Repair Policy, which guarantees our workmanship for the specific repair performed. This Policy works together with our Terms of Service.
This Policy covers repair workmanship only. You remain responsible for backing up your data; we are not responsible for data loss. See our Service Policies and Privacy Policy.
Contact us at sidthetech@gmail.com or via our contact page with your SRO or invoice number within the 90-day period and a description of the issue. We may need to inspect the device to confirm the issue relates to the original repair.
The remedy under this Policy is, at our discretion, re-performing the covered repair. This Policy does not extend to refunds except as provided in our Refund Policy, and our liability is limited as stated in our Terms of Service.
