Terms for SidTheTech text-message (SMS) communications.

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-message (SMS/MMS) program operated by SidTheTech (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms. They are part of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
When you opt in, SidTheTech sends text messages related to your service and account, which may include: appointment and service reminders, repair / Service Repair Order (SRO) and order status updates, account and security notifications (including one-time verification codes), billing and payment notifications, quote and repair approval requests (including links and YES/NO replies), customer-care replies, and — only if you separately opt in — occasional promotional offers.
You provide express consent to receive texts by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted — for example, when booking service, submitting an SRO, checking out, completing a contact or account form, or by texting us first. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the services you use.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Supported carriers may vary, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s and device’s capabilities.
Your mobile information is never sold or shared for others’ marketing. No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers (such as our SMS/messaging provider) needed to deliver the messages you request. See our Privacy Policy.
