Not all devices support data extraction. Some devices, particularly newer Apple products (e.g., MacBook Air, MacBook Pro with M1/M2/M3 chips), have storage soldered directly to the motherboard and cannot be physically removed. We can only extract drives that are physically removable from the device. We'll assess your device and inform you of extraction possibilities during diagnostics.
